RECIPE: ACAI KOKO VEGAN ICECREAM
- 2 @sambazon acai packets
- 1 cup frozen blackberries or blueberries
- 3 frozen banana
- 1 1/4 cup Raw Cashews soaked in 1/2 cup almond milk or cream over night
- 1/4 cup koko samoa or vegan chocolate chips (optional)
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar or to taste
METHOD
- soak cashews in almond milk overnight in refrigerator.
- Add soaked nuts and milk to blender and blend until smooth.
- add rest of ingredients and blend until smooth
- Put in freezer until firm but not too solid to scoop. (2-4 hours approx)
