This just hit the spot! This is been a bit of a weird feeling day. I think with the massive non stop waves across the street bringing in such energy all the time it makes ya feel a bit on edge sometimes. Sometimes it feels energizing and sometimes just draining but anyway, sitting down with my boys after school and enjoying some of these babies was just wonderful!
Now time to go play and do homework and all that super fun mom stuff :)
RECIPE:
4 frozen banana
2 cup frozen blueberry
1/4 nut milk (for extra creaminess)
1/2 vanilla bean
METHOD: BLEND ALL TOGETHER UNTIL SMOOOOOTH! top with whatever! these tangerines and left over raspberries from a salad I made for lunch were awesome!
