I promise I eat more than smoothie bowls but I just can help myself! They are such a perfect addition to every day and an easy way to get in some good healthy nutrients into my growing boys!
This one took me back to my Canadian roots with the hue of maple! Only 3 ingredients and 3 minutes so lets get to it!
Recipe
4 ripe frozen bananas
1 tablespoon of grade A maple sryup
1 tablespoon coconut cream (or any nut milk
*try a dash of vanilla bean, or cinnamon for an easy twist
*OR add some nut butter! Some mentioned hazelnut butter in a post... that sounds amazing!!
METHOD
put liquid in blender
break bananas into chunks
put all ingredients in blender
blend on medium high while mashing until you see a swirl! Sometimes you have to stop your blender to stir it around a few times!
