Raw Blueberry Acai Chia Sauce/Jam

Raw Jam using powerhouse ingredients is a sure way to top your favorites like smoothie bowls, toast, oatmeal , ice creams in a beneficial way! Todays jam is with superfood acai and chia seeds as the main ingredients! So simple to make and stores great on the refrigerator! Check out below for recipe!

INGREDIENTS

1 cup Blueberry fresh or frozen and thawed

1 Sambazon Concentrate

1 tablespoon water for jam (for sauce add 3 tablespoon)

1 tablespoon Mamma Chia seeds

liquid sweetener to taste i.e.  maple syrup 

METHOD

blend all ingredients

Transfer jam to a glass jar, cover, and place in fridge for at least 1 hour to set up.

Enjoy as you would regular jam or sauce! Feel free to exchange for different berries to put on a different twist!
